Staying physically active while socially distancing yourself is important. Please continue to take care of yourself by exercising every day, getting lots of rest and drinking lots of water. Some ideas for aerobic activities are on the top of this navigation bar of this site. Have fun and enjoy the activities with your families.
REMOTE LEARNING PHASE TWOI hope everyone is staying healthy and hearing their heart beat as they dance to music, Jump rope, play catch, Invent a new game or activity or bounce a ball. Remember, even in times of quarantine and social distancing, getting time outside, in the sun, is encouraged as well as moving, playing and exercising. While playing outside might be different without all your classmates, there is still plenty of ways to get moving and stay active. I miss all of you and the excitement you bring coming to class.
What other ways can we be physically active?
Pull weeds
Vacuum
Pick up toys
Dance to your favorite songs
Wash the car (with parents permission)
Have water bottles or cans of soup? You can use them as weights and build some muscles in your arms.
